Marion Invite 2008

Lean

I like this photo as it captures the "lean" of the runner as he corners to the finish.

Shutter Priority: 1/2500 f/4
ISO:200
Lens: 85 mm

"I didn't hear him coming"

I like this shot as I captured the "look" of getting caught, just 150 meters from the finish.

Shutter Priority: 1/2500 f/2.2

Nikon d300

Black and Gold Hokum Karem

I like the angle of this shot. But I forgot to adjust the aperture; hence the f/9 keeps the background too sharp and not blurred. Hard to remember changing factors as the meet and coaching seem to take precedence. I would like to begin working on shutter priority and seeking some blurred backgrounds at sl0wer shutter speeds.
